La Cattura delle Lepri 2011

Ed anche quest'anno si è rinnovato il tradizionale appuntamento con La Cattura delle Lepri nella Tenuta di Poggio al Casone.  http://www.poggioalcasone.com

Evento non cruento, nessuna lepre viene assolutamente ferita o uccisa.

Tutti questi animali catturati continuano a vivere e mangiare liberi quà nella tranquillità delle nostre colline.

"The Capture" of the hares is non violent hunting activity, no animal has been wounded or killed. 

Segue all'evento un allegro e numeroso pranzo di gruppo, dove si mangia cucina tipica della nostra zona e si sorseggia il vino che prende il nome da questa tradizione "La Cattura" di Poggio al Casone.

***Piergiorgio and his wife Chiara invited a bunch of friends to their vinayard to celebrate a fine Saturday, and I was lucky enough to get a golden ticket... Luca Forte and Kimberly picked me up with their twins Fabiana and Nico and we set off to this Touscan villa dream scene...***Lolo killed a wild boar that he had stalked for 4 months and the crew gae their thanks before they ate it. Refreshing to see meat eaters so closely connected to their kill. For the lone Vego, the table was rip with incredible plates of amazing food...
***The family has a history of artist and the walls were littered with amazing works spanning the last several hundred years...
***Marco is one of Italy's top shapers and one hell of a funny human. He two has twins and here he is going Giacomo one of his tee's...
***These lands are fertile...
***Lila is the family dog and weights a wopping 90 plus kgs... Resembles a small horse, and is a huge lover. Gave her some doggy massage and she melted... What a rad creature.
***Luca, Piergiorgio and I, feeling an all day wine tasting extravaganza.
***This place is straight out of a movie, what a great family and such gracious hosts. Thanks so much for having us all and hope to see you again soon...
