Ceppaiano Violetta

Dark and intense ruby colour. On the nose, multiple layers of primary fruit aromas, namely wild roses, cherries, mint, cassis and liquorice are completed with secondary aromas of resin, oak, leather and toasted sweet coffee. The intriguing taste mixes sweet flavours of white chocolate, vanilla and cedar on a buttery bed of oak, lifted by a gentle acidity and a long finish

  1. My food pairing tip is with Mucco Pisano style steak (salt, pepper, extra vergine olive oil and aromatic vinegar, without lemon), with vegetables on the side, fleshly boiled white beans or fried potatoes too ;).
